The 7012 HP Versi-Dredge is a self-propelled, one-truck transportable hydraulic dredge ideal for dredging rivers, small ports, canals, lakes, and small beach restoration. The 7012 HP is easy to operate, and its cutterhead design eats away a variety of materials such as sand, gravel, thick mud, light clays, and salt. The one truck transportable, ibi ìfàyà-ara-ẹni can dig down to a standard depth of 30’ without having to be disassembled for road transport and has been used all over the world from Martinique to India.

The IMS 7012 HP Versi-Dredge delivers 500 HP (373 kW) diesel power, up to 5,000 gpm (1,136 m³/hr) total flow, a 30 ft (9.1 m) standard dredging depth and a 12 in. (305 mm) discharge pipeline, plus a 300 ft (91 m) flexible discharge hose. It runs the SolidsMaster® horizontal auger cutterhead and patented Starwheel Drive® self-propulsion with TractionMaster® technology, and is one-truck transportable when fully assembled. The 7012 HP Versi-Dredge is powered by a 500 HP (373 kW) diesel engine package matched to its submersible, ladder-mounted slurry pump. The 7012 HP offers up to 5,000 gpm (1,136 m³/hr) total flow — the pump’s combined water and solids capacity — and is IMS’s highest-output transportable model, which is why it is chosen for large river, port and sand-mining projects. Actual cubic-yards-per-hour output depends on the material, pumping distance, solids concentration and depth. Share your project parameters and IMS will provide a production projection.
The 7012 HP is best suited to high-production and deeper work: river and channel dredging, port and harbor maintenance, sand and aggregate mining, large lake and reservoir restoration, and beach renourishment. Its power and 30 ft depth make it the go-to model when output and reach matter most. For smaller canals and lagoons the 5012 LP or 5012 HP may be a better fit.
