IMS Service & Support Training
 IMS recommends on-site training for every dredge start-up whether in the United States or abroad prior to putting the key into the ignition of the dredge.
If classroom training is required by the customer, IMS can accommodate 5-20 trainees at their state-of-the-art training facility which includes a multi-media classroom and demonstration pond.
Upon special request, IMS can provide classroom training, safety training, or maintenance training on the factory floor and in the field.
We feel that getting each trainee into the operators chair is necessary to make the client's project a success.
Foreign training delegations are welcome to IMS's factory and training facility. IMS can provide the following special services in addition to the training to make sure the trainees stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
* Flight reservations
* Hotel reservations
* Specialized catering (depending on diets, religious background, and ethnic preferences)
* Site seeing expeditions
* Shopping excursions
* Nightlife excursions
