service and support. Our business has been built on strong customer
relationships, which begins with a commitment to the client that our
equipment will perform as we say it will. In the event of equipment
glitches or failure, our service department, consisting of an
in-house manager and field support technicians, will be ready to
assist you with technical and customer
support. Our success with customer support and satisfaction is
evidenced by the high number of repeat customers we have. Some of
our customers have been with us since the beginning and now own 4 or
5 IMS dredge systems.
IMS dredges are designed to last and be
easily maintained. The VERSI-DREDGE has been engineered over the
past 12 years and has evolved with the input from contractors that
use IMS equipment. Many of the components on the machine are
commercially available and are not proprietary items, and that means
easy access when time is a key factor. Standard commercial
components include all hydraulic system pumps and motors and the
diesel power unit for the dredge. Typical suppliers of our
components are John Deere, Parker, Eaton, Tulsa, and Auburn. |
