Lagoon Dredging
A Versi-Dredge® Transportable hydraulic dredge excavating, mixing, and pumping top crust of dried and floating recycled paper sludge at Richmond Virginia paper mill. The objective was to remove the top dry layer and the bottom layer of digested organic sludge, but leave the water. IMS dredges are known for their huge success in the paper mill industry. |

Merrell Bros. Construction utilizes one of their two Model 5012 LP Versi-Dredges at a lined lagoon in the Southern US. They opted to use the cable drive system and cutterhead guide wheels to protect the bottom surface plastic liner. The Versi-Dredge can either be self-propelled or cable drive depending on whatever the application demands. |
